Delivery
All deliveries will be made via Royal Mail.

Standard postage is Tracked 48 at £2.75 (2-3 working days)
Tracked 24 is £3.50 (1-2 working days)
Special Delivery is £8 (guaranteed next day)

Estimated Dispatch Times
I will start making your jewellery as soon as the order is placed. Please allow 3-5 working days from date of order for dispatch.
If you need your jewellery by a specific date, please let me know by email & I will do my best to meet your requirements.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, please contact me within 28 days of receiving your order. I am happy to offer a refund or exchange as long as the items have not been worn and show no signs of damage.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. I would advise that you obtain proof of postage.

Refunds
Once your item has been returned, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received. If applicable, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
